What are kigus made out of?
Our Kigus are high quality polar fleece. They are machine washable (cold), they dry quickly on the line and won't tear, fade or fall apart.
How do you put them on?
Getting in a Kigu is easy, you've got big buttons that go right down the front, with elestaic ankles and wrists. Some models have pockets and we've got summer fabics available that are super light weight.
How do I wash my kigu?
Kigus are machine washable in COLD water only. For better wear, wash them inside out and dry them on the line. Do not wash in warm/hot water or use a dryer as your kigu may shrink.
Where can I wear my kigu?
We wear our Kigus everywhere. They're basically an awesome tracksuit. You can wear them to music festivals, down to the shops, out for coffee, camping, in front of TV, or just curl up and go to sleep.
Do Kigus come in different sizes?
Kigus are made in 3 sizes, 110cm, 130cm and Adult. We suggest the 110cm size for children between the ages of 2 and 5 years old and the 130cm size for kids from 6 - 9 years of age. If you are unsure of the sizing we suggest get the larger size as you child will grow into it and to be honest if it is too big, it will add to the cuteness! How do I place my order?
Simply add the items you want to your cart, once you have selected everything you want simply click on 'check out' and from there you will be taken to PayPal to complete you order.
How do I make payment?
Payment is done through PayPal; you will be directed to the secure PayPal website to complete your purchase - Kigu does not hold any of you payment information.
How is my order shipped?
If your order is placed before 3pm on Monday to Friday it will be sent by Express Australia Post - or next day delivery mail if you live in metropolitan Melbounre. If you place your order on a weekend or public holiday your order will be sent the following business day. We provide tracking numbers and a confirmation email with every delivery.

Within Australia: Next Day Delivery to all major cities in Australia except for Perth and Brisbane which will take 1-3 days.
To New Zealand:
Delivery time is 3-10 days to anywhere in New Zealand however we find most orders arrive well before 10 days.
Secure ordering & payment options
All payments are completed through PayPal which is a secure site. You will have the options of either paying with Visa or Mastercard.
Returns & refunds
Items may be returned and exchanged if there is a fault with the product. Contact us within 7 days of purchase with the details of your dispute and you will recieve an email back with the address to return the Kigu. Once received by us we will send you a brand new Kigu. Postage cost will be covered by the customer. Refunds will not be given except under certain circumstances.
